Price Match Policy

It's our goal to provide you with the lowest possible price. If a retailer has an item available online at a lower final price, we will beat it by 5%.

Item requirements for a price match:

• Must be identical style, size and colour
• Must be sold in the same condition, we will not price match factory second, close-outs,
• The identical item is in stock on the retailer’s website
• Retailers site must be an authorized seller of the Umbra brand
• The price must be publicly visible and not available via a coupon
• Promotions cannot be combined
• Applicable sales taxes will be charged
• The final price includes all applicable duties, taxes and shipping costs

We aim to answer emails within 48 hours during working hours. Emails will be answered Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm EST

If your price match guarantee is approved, you will receive a coupon code reflecting the price.  If it's not, don't worry, we will still get back to you.
